Student Coordinator, Coalescence'23
Led a team of 30 students to pull off Coalescence'23, a 3-day technical fest with 5000+ attendees, which is a lot of moving parts for a group of students figuring it out as they went.
Built a marketing plan that doubled event registrations, and handled the parts nobody sees on a poster, logistics, sponsorships, vendor relations, the stuff that either works quietly or fails loudly. Ended up delivering something attendees, sponsors, and faculty actually liked, which felt like enough proof it had all come together.
