About Work

Joined here right in my final semester of college, managing 4 categories across Delhi NCR with a combined 350+ partner base. No gentle ramp-up, straight into request loss, scheduling, referrals, and onboarding, while still technically finishing a degree on the side.
Ayurveda request loss was sitting around 22% when I started. Got it down to roughly 10% through tighter scheduling governance and hub-level supply fixes, nothing clever, just closer attention than anyone had time to give it before. Luxe RL moved similarly, 17.65% down to 12.16%, same principle: find where supply and demand were quietly missing each other, fix the gap.
Spent real time on the training eligibility problem, redefined the criteria after realizing good partners were getting blocked by rules that made sense on paper but not in practice. That unlocked Luxe eligibility for 150 partners, and by the end we'd onboarded 139 new Pros, 64 Luxe, 75 Ayurveda, across the region.
Also built a churn-based onboarding model using historical churn data and AOP projections, so onboarding targets weren't just guesses, they were built around who we'd actually lose and needed to replace ahead of time. On the referral side, went after high-converting providers directly instead of relying on broad campaigns, and helped design UC MASTER, a pan-India referral program meant to make sure providers across beauty categories were compensated fairly, not just the loudest or best-connected ones.
Looking back, this is where I went from studying business problems in a classroom to owning one, messy metrics, real partners, real consequences, while still finishing my degree in the background.
