Joined as a Business Analyst Intern at Indigifts, a D2C brand doing personalized, bespoke gifting, and yes, the one that later showed up on Shark Tank India, though none of that had happened yet when I got there.

Spent most of my time building out a strategic plan meant to actually move the needle on the company's position, not just look good in a deck. That meant getting into the operational weeds too, helping optimize processes that were handling thousands of units a day, north of 2 million units overall, which is a lot of gifts to get right.

Did the analysis part properly: SWOT, PEST, Porter's Five Forces, the frameworks that sound academic until you realize they're just structured ways of asking "why do customers actually pick us." Led a small team of analysts trying to make sense of the corporate gifting market, a ₹12,000 crore space that's bigger and messier than most people assume.

Looking back, this is probably where I first understood that scale isn't glamorous. It's thousands of small, repeatable decisions, made correctly, every single day.
