A Small Shift I’ve Been Wanting to Make

I’ve been thinking about something for a while now.
Most of what I share online is about work — dashboards, strategy, no-code experiments, productivity, the usual. And I enjoy talking about all of that. It’s a big part of my life and it has shaped who I am.
But it’s not the only part.
There’s a quieter side of me that doesn’t show up in my work posts.
The side that comes out when I finish a film and can’t stop thinking about one particular scene.
Or when I close a book and just sit there, processing a sentence that hits harder than expected.
And I’ve been wanting to talk about that too.

The Films I Watch🎬

I watch a lot of movies — and not just for entertainment.
Cinema has a weird way of opening you up without asking for permission.
Some films teach you empathy.
Some make you rethink your opinions.
Some just make you feel seen for the first time.
For me, movies are not “watch and forget.”
They stay…They change things… They push me to look at life differently.

The Books I Hold On To📚

Books do something similar, but more slowly.
They help me understand things I didn’t have the words for.
They calm me down on days when my mind refuses to settle.
Some books become companions more than reads.
I’ve been wanting to share these thoughts…
The small lessons
The questions
The stories that stay with me.

So Here’s What I’m Planning

I’m putting together two small spaces:
  • One for the films that move me
  • One for the books that leave a mark
Not reviews.
Not recommendations.
Just honest reflections — things I felt, things I learned, things that changed something in me.
It’s my way of talking beyond work.
Maybe even connecting on a deeper level with the people who read what I write.

And I Wanted to Ask You Something

Would you like to read this side of me too?
Because I’m genuinely not sure.
This is the first time I’m stepping outside my usual content.
But I want to try — and I want you to be part of that space if it feels right to you.
If you have books or films that mean something to you, I’d love to hear about them.
Share them, message me, drop a comment — anything.
Conversations like these matter more to me than any “engagement metric.”

If you’re reading this, thank you.
Really.
I hope this new space feels a little more personal, a little slower, and a lot more human.
